Wesley Wallace had two extra base hits, helping the White Sands Pupfish (25-16) to a 9-5 victory over the Roswell Invaders (24-18) on Wednesday at Griggs Park. He homered in the fourth inning and doubled in the eighth inning.

Michael Morris went a perfect 3-3 at the plate for the Roswell Invaders. He singled in the first and seventh innings and tripled in the ninth inning.

Cameron Powers improved to 6-2 on the year by picking up the win for the White Sands Pupfish. He allowed four runs over seven innings. Powers struck out three, walked one and gave up 10 hits.

Alex Pagano (3-2) took the loss for the Roswell Invaders. He allowed seven runs in six innings, walked one and struck out nine.

The White Sands Pupfishs Michael Brandi, Wallace and Shamil Ubiera combined for six hits and seven RBIs.
